Unicontrol 10
The heart of our manufacturing plant is the 'Weinig Unicontrol 10'
machine. Door orders are converted to a computer file, which is in
turn utilised by this machine to shape the door frame components.
The Unimat 23E
This state-of-the-art four sided Planer/Moulder provides press button
tool positioning, vital for achieving the components within extremely
fine tolerances.
Tooling
We have made substantial investment in high tech user-specific tooling from German specialist Leitz and the Swiss company Terminus. This throw-away-tip tooling provides the constant diameter cutting circle, essential for accuracy and superior finishing.
